  • What is the Rainbow and how does it work?
    The Rainbow uses Mother Nature’s most powerful element, water, to trap dirt and odors, returning only naturally clean, water-washed air to your home environment. It works on the natural principle that “Wet Dust Can’t Fly”, it utilizes “The Power of Water” to effectively remove dirt and airborne particles from our homes.

    The Rainbow is a Certified Air Cleaner and “asthma and allergy friendly”. It efficiently cleans practically everything in our homes, from the air we breathe down to our mattresses where those unwanted house dust mites live in.
  • What is the filtration system and how much dust particles can the Rainbow capture?
    The Rainbow has a unique water and “separator” filtration system which captures typical household dirt, while the remaining microscopic particles are caught by our “HEPA Neutralizer Filtration System”. This three-
    stage filtration system removes nearly 100% of dirt and contaminants from your home.
    It filters up to .3 Microns with an efficiency of 99.97%. Dust particles smaller than .3 microns are removed but at a lower percentage. Virtually all dust particles greater in size than .3 microns are removed. And because of its unique three-stage filtration, it is able to maintain the filtration efficiency as compared to bag or bagless systems.

  • How much does the Rainbow cost? Installment? Discounts?
    The price of a Rainbow unit varies depending on package configurations, local market conditions, taxes, or promotions that may apply at the time of purchase, we will be glad to provide you with additional information upon request.

  • Do Authorized Rainbow Distributors sell the Rainbow Home Cleaning System on the Internet? How does one go about scheduling an in-home demonstration?
    No. Authorized Rainbow Distributors sell the Rainbow Home Cleaning System exclusively through in-home demonstrations. Importantly, only Rainbow Products sold by Authorized Rainbow Distributors in the home come with an authorized warranty. Rainbow products purchased through unauthorized channels, including the Internet, are not covered by an authorized warranty. In addition, there is no guarantee that products sold on the Internet are either new or genuine Rainbow Products.

  • Where can I have my Rainbow serviced? Do you have replacement parts or liquid supplies?

  • What is covered under the Rainbow Warranty?
    Rexair provides to its independent Authorized Rainbow Distributors, a written four (4) year warranty on the Rainbow Cleaning System and attached accessories and an eight (8) year warranty on the vacuum cleaner motor/electronic controller. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear arising from usage of products, such as belts, HEPA Neutralizer, etc.
  • Do you also have careers or income opportunities at Rainbow?
